We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note the following processing details:

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (UAE time) on business days will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UAE time) or on Fridays and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times within the UAE are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or logistical delays.

5. Order Tracking

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

To ensure a successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. The Pretty Picks is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or if delivery is missed twice, any additional fees or arrangements for redelivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Attempts

We will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to reasons beyond our control, additional arrangements or fees for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item or the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund, as applicable.
